    As COVID-19 evolves into a global pandemic, the future of the global economy becomes unpredictable as many countries are experiencing economic decline. Thank you for your concern when covid-19 was serious in China. While the situation in China is currently under control, we urge everyone to please prioritize your health and safety and be mindful of disease prevention, no matter where you are. We will get through this challenging time together.

    In the midst of this pandemic, JWIPC has actively continued to advance and improve our products, resources, and equipment, and we wish to share our efforts and growth with you.

Group renamed

    Let’s share the delightful news that JWIPC completed the share restructuring on April 15 and became a joint-stock company, successfully stepping onto an important stage of the planned IPO listing stage. This means that the company has broader development prospects, more resources and opportunities, we will be more standardized and rigorous, and strive to provide the highest quality product solutions and services.

Product Development

    Six business divisions, including IOT, Server, Network security, Industry, Switch and Consumer, have launched new platforms and products with new specifications, which are more in line with the application of overseas market, and have advantages in price and quality. Now JWIPC has the overall solution capability of "Cloud side + Communication"，In the future, we will continue to update product information and share the application of our new products in the context of Internet of things(IoT).

Our Employees

   We have no plans to lay-off any employees. We hope that every employee can overcome the epidemic, which is why we have provided full pay and protective equipment during the period of suspension. We are willing to take the responsibility as we value our employees like family. We have also hired more employees for the purpose of development and service advancements, expanding in departments such as Sales, Research & Development (R&D), Testing and Human resources, etc. In addition, we organized training programs for the sales department, managers and higher-ups with the aim of developing professional skills and qualities as well as improving services to our customers.

Expansion of office space

New R&D and manufacturing center

   In order to fulfill our developmental needs, each department has recruited new employees after work resumed, and we have plans to attract more talents across the board. We have therefore expanded our offices and added two independent workspaces for the Communication and the IoT sales teams, providing a comfortable environment for our employees.

    In order to increase production efficiency in anticipation of high-level demands, JWIPC purchased an industrial area in the Huiyang District of Huizhou, Guangdong and aims to establish a new Research & D base. The planning and design is currently underway, and the facility can be expected to come into use by the end of next year and would establish solid foundations for our future.

Manufacturing center upgrade

3 new Double-Track SMT Lines and testing equipment added

    Quality has always been cored to the company competitiveness of JWIPC. In order to ensure excellent functions of all products at the application end, the manufacturing center SCD has added equipment such as HASA test cabinet and ESS stress screening test box on the test side. Our manufacturing base has also added a bios automatic programming machine and BGA rework station, aiming to improve after-sales services and repair efficiencies.

    We would like to reiterate our appreciate for your trust and support as well as our commitment in continuing to provide better products and services to ensure the success of your company. In the meantime, we would like to extend an invitation to visit our sites in China for after the current pandemic is overcome. We welcome your advice and guidance on our technologies and projects, we aim to initiate further exchange and discuss our consistent efforts towards the development of the global IoT.
